Smart Owner

The Smart Owner app is designed for property owners who want to manage guest reception independently but delegate as much of the technical, bureaucratic, and administrative tasks as possible.
With this version of the app, you can now benefit from:
- a convenient counter for important unread communications
- view and respond to guest reviews
- configure which notifications (email or push) you want to receive from the profile menu
- change prices, availability, and minimum stay from the calendar
- add a note for each day on the calendar
- interact with guest communications via OTA messaging and WhatsApp
- "Bookings" menu, where you can view the history of received reservations, including cancellations
- "Notification Center" menu, where you can view the history of received notifications, both read and unread
- "Support" menu, where you can request assistance directly from the Smart Owner support team
