Horrible app
No longer connects to my dehumidifier. Used to work, fired it up this season but I guess an app update broke it. It sees my dehumidifier but no matter how many times I reset it and try to reconnect it, it says disconnected and will not control the dehumidifier. The UI/UX of this app is horrendously bad.

Absolute Garbage
Have struggled with the Alorair app for a few years. One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Now, completely unfunctional-can’t log in, can’t reset PW, can’t do anything. Lots of Chinese characters where English words should be. Also, which app are owners supposed to be using? There are three different ones. Avoid Alorair if remote access is important. Also, I’ve found the units themselves don’t last long–Storm DP model to be exact. Save your money and pickup a big box store DH that will probably last longer than these pricier Chinese units. And Alorair, scrap this app and start over.
