Calories are a lie
I have taken a pics of a frozen dinner and it said the calories was higher than what was said in the box I would a take of the calorie number on the box and then it would read correctly. That’s not it either I would take a picture of chicken and they would say it’s fish and there’s a big difference in chicken and fish. So I know it’s been reading my calories wrong most likely. I can name simple foods and they can’t determine the calories it they give an outrageous number I know is wrong because im watching my calories.
