Finally an App That Works with My ADHD, Not Against It
I can’t believe how easy this app is to use. I’ve only been using it for myself so far, but I absolutely love it. My favorite feature is the swap exercise option. It helps me stay focused on my workout instead of wasting time figuring out another exercise when equipment isn’t available, a huge win for my ADHD. The app mirrors the online version perfectly, and switching between coaching mode and personal use mode is seamless. The simple tracking of workouts and metrics makes it so much easier to see my progress and get through workouts faster without getting distracted.
