MaybankVN-eID is the official application of Maybank branches in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
It enables customers to verify their electronic ID (chip-based CCCD) with the Police Department for Administrative Management of Social Order (C06) – Ministry of Public Security.
This application is developed in compliance with Circular 17/2024/TT-NHNN issued by the State Bank of Vietnam.
The app also supports biometric matching against ID cards and passports.
Users can securely perform remote eKYC, supporting account opening and financial services with Maybank Vietnam.
