HOW IT WORKS
You wake up, open Reps, and see your Recovery Score. It's calculated from last night's sleep, your heart rate variability, and your recent training load. Green means go hard. Yellow means take it easy. Red means rest.
When you're ready to train, Reps generates a workout that fits your equipment, goals, and current state. It won't give you heavy squats the day after leg day. It knows.
