Rough app
Why not show the parking expiration time on the home page? Instead you have to click “extend” to see it. The app zooms in randomly and then there is no way to zoom out. The list goes on. This is really not a user friendly experience.

I gave up, Extremely difficult to use
The design is extremely bad, I get stuck into google map page; need to type location every time I am forced to quit the app, the total price for 1 month is actually twice the monthly rate without any explanation.

Inconsistent
This app has reset on me twice. First time I had to reenter all of my info including debit card info. Today was the second time. The app simply would not work even though I have an account, I couldn’t sign in. Tried signing in with my Gmail account and that was an issue. Last thing I want to worry about when commuting is whether this app will work.

Quick improvements. Turning into a good app.
UPDATE: Great Improvements have been made. #1: Added a new car with no trouble. #3: has been fixed! 1. While registering vehicles the app frequently “looses internet” and send me back to the beginning. It should handle a short outage better for a mobile phone app. 2. I like that you can register multiple cars, but you can seem to buy parking for multiple cars in the same time period, even later that day if you already have one active parking session. 3. No easy way to purchase a previous location, the Zone is not shown in history. For the extra convenience fee (nearly double the old system) I hope these get resolved soon.

Bare bones app…not in a good way
It needs a lot of work. My two biggest gripes are: 1. I have to type in the address for the parking lot EVERY DAY instead of just being able to save a favorite parking lot like other parking apps. 2. There’s no option to change email preferences. Since my lot doesn’t have a monthly option, I have to pay daily and for some reason the app sends 3 emails per day that I can’t change at all. Really annoying. As others noted, the fee for the app also is higher than other comparable parking apps and the polish for the interface could definitely be better.
