Poor quality and only getting worse
There were only a few real restaurants to begin with and they're slowly being removed. There are only ghost kitchens left with terrible food quality. Steer clear.

No Allergy Support
I cannot count the number of times I’ve either not had food arrive or had orders show up incorrect. More importantly, the app has 0 accommodation for allergies or dietary restrictions. I keep ordering things that should be fine, and they arrive contaminated and I can’t eat them. If there was anywhere I could not allergies on an order perhaps this would not happen.
