Snow plow said he was going to show up and didn’t after multiple calls and text messages. So I wasn’t able to get my car out of the driveway and reached out to support and just got an automated message. Bad design of app to see that it was cancelled to make sure it doesn’t charge me or auto reschedule for the future when I don’t need it
