ND Slow Shutter

ND Slow Shutter helps photographers to calculate correct shutter speed when using Neutral Density (ND) filters for long exposure photography.
It only needs two parameter: original exposure time (calculated without filters) and ND filter strength (ND1 through ND20)
The resulting exposure is returned and user can decide to display a count-down timer to help with longer timings.
