Terrible Process
I’m so sick of this bank. They’re always going through system upgrades but they’re never seamless. Apps have been existence for a long time so I’m not understanding why UCCU can never get it right. I am not able to access my account on one of the busiest holiday weekends of the year because the chose to launch a new app now. Perfect timing.
