About AbleBody - Move Without Pain
Too injured to go hard, but not injured enough for physical therapy? AbleBody is for you.
AbleBody is a mobility and recovery app for people who lift, run, hoop, and stay active, but are tired of nagging pain in their knees, back, hips, or shoulders. If you have ever thought, “My knees hurt after running this week,” or, “Why does my lower back hurt when I wake up,” AbleBody gives you short, targeted routines so you can finally do something about it.
Tell AbleBody where you feel tight or sore, such as knees, low back, hips, shoulders, or ankles, and how you move, such as lifting, running, basketball, rec sports, or long days at a desk or in class. The app builds simple sessions that fit around your workouts and your life.
You will get:
• Guided mobility and prehab routines designed for common gym and sports aches
• Sessions that last between five and fifteen minutes, which work as warmups, cooldowns, or anytime resets
• Clear video and voice instructions, so you always know exactly what to do
• Gentle progress tracking, so you can see your mobility and pain change over time
• Programs such as Hooper Knees Reset and Desk Athlete Back Relief, which keep you consistent
