Each day people ask themselves "How much sleep did I get last night?" and "what was my heart rate this morning?". Now there's an option to answer those questions with the data that exists on your mobile device. You can then use this data to improve your day to day health and also be prepared for conversations with health professionals.

Did you find something that you want to save for later and use in a conversation? Make use of the note feature to save the chat for a later time.

Want to know about your workouts as well as your health data? You can ask questions about running, cycling and elliptical workouts that you have done.

Sometimes the bad is also there with the good and knowing about your symptoms is important when talking about your health in the same way that knowing about how much sleep you got this week.

Keep track of your appointments by adding them to the app and then ask questions "When is my next general checkup?" or "What appointments do I have this week?".
