Perfect workouts for busy moms
LOVE this app, Thank you Ella!! I used this for both of my pregnancies and love the workouts, they are challenging but enjoyable and I actually look forward to my workouts, I especially love how quick they are because I can do them with my baby. The rehab program really helped with my prolapse symptoms and I’m currently half way through the strength program, I found the structure is a great way to stay motivated and consistent with postpartum workouts. I hope there is another program coming out soon!
