Should Be Able to Add Infinite Moves
When people go to the menu, it has a pro feature you can buy. Although, for free users, you can only add limited moves. I think that people should be able to add unlimited moves, and pro people should be in a group with other pro people and jiu jitsu trainers to help with any questions. I think they should be able to have groups or a online section where you can chat with others or make groups. Maybe a “Locals” section to talk with. They should also add a friends list if they do that. Overall, they should fix things and help the free users, and give a MASSIVE (lowww taper fadeee) update. I rated it 5 stars because this is one of the best apps for bjj in the app store, and I always forget my moves which makes this app so amazing. I know you probably won’t read this whole thing, but it is amazing.

Almost perfect, it just needs one tweak
This is definitely a 5 star app… however, I’d love to see one small change. You can adjust the date and duration of your class, but not when it starts. It’d be awesome to set the start time so you can track if you trained in the morning, afternoon, or evening. Other than that, Flow Roll is an amazing app. Super clean, easy to use, and perfect for keeping track of my training sessions. Just hoping they add that little feature in a future update. Edit: As of December 14, 2025. I’m blown away, the update is incredible. 5 STARS.
