Purdue Campus Transit

In one word - useless

I hate to say it, but absolutely nobody needs this. Purdue is already a very walkable campus. You do not need a bus to get to class and it’s good exercise to walk or bike. Bike lanes are open and either option is much more efficient than the bus. Speaking of bus, they need to bring back citybus. It was so stupid to cancel their contract. The people on campus don’t need the buses, the people off campus do. For a school that handled COVID so well, they sure had a top ten biggest downgrade.😔😔😔 P.S. these shuttles could be used as backup or additional shuttles for campus connect to Indy instead, like how Lafayette Limo and Reindeer Shuttle operates.

Dumpster Fire

Wow the company in charge of this transit system is bad. Fixed route drivers don’t know which way they are going because of the confusing figure 8 route. There isn’t enough busses. The on demand is usually good besides one lady who should be fired because I got told I missed my bus even though I was waiting at the stop and it did not show up.
