Took pictures in Texas of a coyote and it told me it was a Hyena, took pictures of Doves and it said cockatoo. Took pictures of black ravens and it said they were turkeys

You really gonna charge to identify a animal? What if it’s an emergency I don’t have any type of information about my bank cards and I need to know what animal bit me or somebody else but besides calling 911 for help I gotta wait to pay $5 dollars or else ? lol what a scam
