Scam subscription pricing
The weekly, monthly and annual subscription prices are higher than other similar apps. Not the biggest deal since you can decide if you want to pay it or not but the issue I have is that when I went to cancel my week subscription which I always do since some of the apps give cheaper options after the initial sign up I was surprised to see my second week would have cost be 99.99. So for people who forget to cancel or don’t know how to cancel the already expensive subscription becomes a scam charge.
Not meant for a Cruz
Beyond disappointed
I paid for a subscription, now I am unable to see scenes. It appears to be lagging g, however all the other apps works without disruptions. How may I ask for a refund?
