FocusMint is a 1-minute mental training app grounded in the psychological method of Attention Bias Modification (ABM). In each session, you quickly find and tap the positive image among distractors. With daily repetition, you practice shifting attention away from negative cues and toward positive ones—building a simple self-care habit you can actually stick with.
