Gut Health: symptom tracker Food & Digestive Journal
Gut Health: symptom tracker helps you log what you eat and how you feel, so you can notice patterns in your digestion over time and talk more easily with your doctor or dietitian.
Important: This is a self-tracking and wellness app only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a medical device.
Core tracking features are free. Some advanced tools (FoodLog AI, detailed macros, extended low-FODMAP content and AI summaries) are available with an optional paid Gut Health Plus subscription (in-app purchase).
WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR FREE
• Log meals, stool changes, bloating and other gut symptoms in a few taps.
• See a simple Gut Score dashboard with daily and weekly trends.
• Track habits like hydration, movement, sleep and stress.
• Build a Daily Gut Plan checklist with small habits you choose.
GUT HEALTH PLUS – SUBSCRIPTION FEATURES
These features require a paid, auto-renewing Gut Health Plus subscription (in-app purchase):
• FoodLog AI – take a photo or type a meal; AI helps list foods and estimate macros and fiber.
• Trigger Rating – link symptoms to meals so the app can highlight possible trigger patterns. These are hints only, not medical conclusions.
• Low-FODMAP Education – library of example meals, snacks and tips showing general low-FODMAP ideas (not a personalised diet plan).
• Macro & Fiber Tracker – see calories, protein, carbs, fats, fiber, sugar and sodium for logged meals.
• AI Insights & Weekly Summaries – gentle pattern call-outs (for example, “on days with onion you logged higher discomfort”) and short summaries you can export or review before appointments.
WHO THE APP IS FOR
Many people use Gut Health when they:
• Feel bloated or have abdominal discomfort.
• Notice changes in stool patterns.
• Wonder if certain foods might be a problem.
• Want to support digestive comfort and general wellness.
