Awesome App!
Been using the App for measuring results and tracking my injections. Great so far! Setting up an account was easy not sure why people are upset about having to create one since that’s very typical for any new application

Does not really work
I downloaded this and the setup screen goes to “invalid page”. But that’s ok, tapping the items on the bottom bar to go things like “settings” does not work either.

I have loved using the app to help me learn more about my medicine. The coaching is a great added bonus, it has kept me motivated!

THE WORST APP
I can’t even fathom the words. Basically I don’t know I had to create a new account until I read the reviews. I had called MULTIPLE TIMES, given the run around, endless loop, case numbers that DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Congrats to the developers and the company on being the ABSOLUTE worst app, UX, customer support, implementation and QC. DO BETTER

Can’t get a new account created
I have tried more than once to set up my “new account” with this app. I get to the part where I enter the verification code for my phone number and it errors out each time. The message says “Oops!” Something is wrong on their end. Please fix this before I give up altogether.
