Hudson Valley Swim

Hudson Valley Swim is the area’s premier school of swimming. We have lessons for all ages and abilities from 4 months to adults. Group class have a minimal number of students for individualized instruction, and we also offer private lessons. All coaches are senior level with many years of experience and have been trained in our proprietary lesson program.
