About Lookchange-Output
Lookchange-Output widely known as Lookchange Lifestyles Saloon is the largest men's saloon chain Bangladesh currently having 16 branches and over 200 employees. This is the official app of Lookchange-Output. Purpose of the app is to create connection between our clients/potential clients and us. Users can book services and apply for our membership program from this app. It also allows company officials to manage information and keep everything up to date.
Features:
For general user(Anyone):
-Schedule a service(haircut, beard cut, manicure, pedicure, grooming etc) at any of our branch-not fully implemented yet.
-Locate your nearest branch.
-Apply for our membership(loyalty program) to get additional discounts & facilities and priority service.
-Get grooming & style related insights-Coming soon.
For Company Officials:
-Keep track of and manage company datas of all aspects to deliver most accurate information about us to clients/potential clients(general users). Manageable data examples: invoices, clients list, employee list, branch management, accounting, inventory etc.
Questions & Answers (FAQs):
1. Is your app restricted to users who are part of a single company? This may include users of the company's partners, employees, and contractors.
- No the app is not fully restricted to users who are part of a single company. Anyone can get the app and general public can: Book appointments and also apply for membership(loyalty program) for the Saloon. And company officials will use it (via login tab) to maintain and monitor company data: some of that data is for company officials only some for general public in the homepage (eg: how many clients, employees and branches)
2. Is your app designed for use by a limited or specific group of companies?
- No the app is not designed for use by a limited or specific group of companies. This app serves every man in Bangladesh who needs a haircut, beard cut, manicure, pedicure, grooming etc. They can book an appointment to take service from one of the 16 branches lookchange-output currently has, also can apply for membership(loyalty program). It's limited in a sense that not all men's saloons can take appointments for their services here(this is only for one salon- Lookchange Output) but it serves general public who has no ties to any specific group of companies.
3. What features in the app, if any, are intended for use by the general public?
-General public can book appointments(not implemented currently) & apply for membership(loyalty program) for the Saloon. Also in future update a blog section will be added where general public can get grooming & style related insights.
4. How do users obtain an account?
-General public can apply for membership for the saloon(members of the saloons get special discounts and priority service even if any branch is very busy). When someone applies for membership they will get a call if they are eligible. Currently a separate dashboard for members hasn't been implemented but it will be in future updates. And company officials who will maintain the data can't signup themselves. They are manually given access.
5. Is there any paid content in the app and if so who pays for it? For example, do users pay for opening an account or using certain features in the app?
-There is no paid content in the app. Company officials are given access for free to maintain data, and people who applies for membership also doesn't pay. The membership is a loyalty program basically, people who takes service(eg: haircut, beard cut, grooming etc.) from the saloon are eligible.
