About It’s OK App:AI Calorie Tracker
Meet It’s OK
It’s OK is an AI calorie tracker built to help you stay in a calorie deficit — without becoming obsessed with calorie numbers.
Calories are optional.
Instead of pushing constant calorie totals, It’s OK visualizes your intake through protein, carbs, and fats, helping you track your calorie deficit without turning food into stress.
By combining food estimation with activity data, It’s OK gives you the full picture — calmly.
Why It’s OK Is Different
Most calorie tracker apps look only at what you eat.
We also look at what you burn — without pressure.
It’s OK:
Uses AI to estimate food intake
Connects with Apple Health to track steps and active calories
Shows your calorie deficit in context, not isolation
Visualizes macros instead of forcing calorie fixation
You don’t need perfect days.
You just need to stay oriented.
Key Features
AI calorie tracker (macro-first): Log meals by photo or voice. Calories are optional; macros are front and center.
Calorie deficit support: Stay in a deficit without staring at numbers all day.
Macro visualization: Protein, carbs, and fats shown visually to reduce calorie obsession.
Activity-aware tracking: Sync steps and active calories from Apple Health to understand daily burn.
BMR & energy context: See your baseline needs alongside what you eat and burn — no manual math.
Daily summaries: Intake + activity + balance, shown calmly at a glance.
Progress indicators: See expected progress based on your plan to understand the impact of off days.
Weekly insights: Zoom out and track trends instead of reacting to daily fluctuations.
Habit-friendly design: Built to prevent overthinking and support long-term weight loss.
Optional mood & energy check-ins: Understand how food and activity affect how you feel.
