So far I like it
I just got myself set up and I started the free trial, and in my limited experience I will say that I actually appreciate the level of customization so that it’s not overwhelming. I’ve tried so many apps that offer so much customization that sends me into decision paralysis. I am of the mindset that I am looking for guidance, so when I’m presented with the opportunity to fully customize my routine, I have such high doubts that I actually created the most efficient routine for myself because I don’t really know what an efficient routine (that I will actually stick to) looks like. I like that this app is more guided than most. I’m having trouble putting into words but it’s like - I’m more likely to give up on a routine that I had a large role in creating and customizing, because I am not a professional. I don’t know the best choices to make that will keep me consistent in a routine, if I did, I wouldn’t need an app. But if it’s a routine that I had a limited role in creating and customizing, I’m more likely to trust the process and that I’m doing it ‘the way that it’s intended.” I’m not saying this is best for everyone, but for me, I need an app that takes the reins a bit more.
