MorpholoKnee – Knee Phenotype Calculator
MorpholoKnee is an innovative tool for the scientific and educational visualisation of knee alignment phenotypes.
Based on the concepts of MacDessi et al. (CPAK classification; MacDessi SJ et al. Bone Joint J. 2021;103-B(2):329–337) and Hirschmann et al. (Functional Knee Phenotypes; Hirschmann MT et al. Knee Surg Sports Traumatol Arthrosc. 2019;27(5):1394–1402), users can understand the different alignments and types of the knee joint with just a few inputs.
Functions:
• Calculation of aHKA and JLO based on LDFA & MPTA
• Automatic classification into CPAK types I–IX
• Display of associated prevalence data (healthy & OA)
• Visualisation of functional knee phenotypes
• Intuitive user interface – optimised for iPhone and iPad
