About My Fitness Recap
All Apple Health & Fitness users, I hear you! You’ve been asking for:
* A step ring with daily goals
* Rest days built into goal setting & streaks
* A clear split between intentional workouts vs. total activity
* Weekly, monthly & yearly summaries
* A fun Year in Review to share on social media
* Less clutter, less scrolling — no redundant data
This app pulls your activity from Apple Health and turns it into clean, motivating dashboards designed to keep you moving and feeling great.
Key Features
* Free - free to download and free to use!
* Year in Review — available every December (covering the past 8 years). Generate a beautiful summary picture and share your progress to social media after reading a fun year in review report! Find it in the top-right of the yearly tab.
* Step Goal Ring — track your daily steps with a fun, animated ring. Hit your goal and celebrate with confetti & fireworks. Your monthly step-goal success rate is shown on the monthly tab.
* Weekly Insights — compare steps and workout records with the previous week and see the average walking speed.
* Monthly Insights — compare workout time and distance with the previous month, and see a breakdown of your workout types in a bar chart.
* Widgets — track your daily progress at a glance with widgets showing today’s steps, today’s distance, and your weekly average walking speed.
* Yearly Dashboard — for past 7 years (or year-to-date if it’s the current year), see:
* Total workout minutes
* Total calories burned from intentional workouts
* Total distance (walk, run, swim, cycle)
* Total workout days
* Quick access to your Year in Review
How it Works
* Fair Comparisons — Monthly and yearly changes are based on the same time periods. (E.g. if today is Sept 15, it compares Sept 1–15 with Aug 1–15 for monthly statistics.)
* Step Goals Made Realistic — Each month allows up to 4 rest days when calculating your step-goal hit percentage.
* Year in Review Availability – Your Year in Review unlocks on December 1st each year, and updates automatically with the final numbers on December 31st.
* Evolving Design — The visual theme of your Year in Review, such as the background artwork, will change each year for a fresh experience.
My goal: give you insights that matter, keep you motivated, and help you stay healthy — without unnecessary clutter.

Very Helpful
I love this app because I’m able to see all of my yearly recaps in one place. With 8 years of historical data it’s very easy to compare my activity year over year.
