Trial of Despair

"Light fades, darkness descends. You find yourself trapped in a metropolis drenched in blood. The streets are littered with shattered corpses, and the sky holds no stars—only an endless fog that suffocates the earth. The stench of burning flesh and rot fills the air, every breath like death being forced into your lungs.

You are dragged into an endless cycle, each “dungeon” a meticulously crafted experiment in massacre. Death will not release you. Instead, it throws you back into deeper cycles.

You awaken again, stripped of memories, uncertain whether the familiar faces you meet are allies… or the very ones who killed you last time. The rules are merciless, constantly twisting, and the only thing you can cling to is the obsession to survive.

Some lose all humanity, surrendering to slaughter and madness. Others cling desperately to the belief that they are still human, even as that belief drowns in rivers of blood. Legends whisper that surviving one thousand cycles will grant escape, a return to “reality.” But does reality still exist? Or was it destroyed in the very first loop?
