السلام عليكم هوا لحد الان مزال لم يطلق التطبيق لكن امل في انه يكون الافضل ومن باب تجربة سابقه في بنوك تركية عدة ونتوقع عندكم خلفية لكن حتى من باب التذكير ببعض المميزات الي حيكون رائع جدا لو كانت مدعومة من التطبيق بالتوفيق 1. Virtual Cards Linked to Mastercard • Ability to open and manage virtual cards directly from the app, linked to the customer’s main Mastercard. • Option to create and delete virtual cards as needed (for online purchases, subscriptions, etc.). 2. NFC / Contactless Payment Controls • Ability to change the contactless (NFC) payment limit to values higher than 30 LYD. • Option to completely disable NFC payments from within the app. 3. QR Code Transactions – LYPay & Payments (Fast Access) • Support QR code transactions for: • LYPay transfers between users. • LYPay merchant payments and in-store purchases. • “Scan and pay” flow that can be started directly from the app home screen or a shortcut, without requiring full username/password login every time. • For security, only a quick confirmation step (biometrics or short payment PIN) is required before completing the transaction. 4. Cardless ATM Transactions via QR (Fast Scan Mode) • At the ATM, a QR code appears on the screen. • The mobile banking app opens a quick QR scanner (without full login) to scan the ATM QR code. • After scanning, the user confirms the operation using biometrics or a short PIN, and the ATM allows cash withdrawal or other transactions without using a physical card. • Use secure, one-time QR codes with short expiry for safety. 5. Multi-Currency & Multi-Account Management • Ability to open additional accounts (LYD, USD, EUR) directly from the app without visiting the branch (when regulations allow). • Support multiple LYD sub-accounts and link each account to a different debit card. • Use cases: separate accounts/cards for children, family members, or specific budgets. 6. Western Union Integration • Send and receive Western Union transfers from within the app. • View transfer history and track status. 7. Wallet & Bill Payments From the App • Ability to charge / top-up external wallets (e.g., Presto wallet) directly from the bank account or card inside the app. • Support for paying utility bills from the app, such as: • Electricity bills. • Water company bills. • Option to save billers and contracts as templates (favorites) for faster future payments. • Show payment history and status for each bill. 8. Insurance Integration • Integration with insurance companies to: • Pay car insurance and other policies from the app. • Enable automatic recurring payments for insurance (auto-renewal). 9. In-App Customer Support Chat • Live chat with customer support agents. • Option to attach screenshots/documents and view ticket history. 10. Detailed Mastercard Transaction Reports • Full, detailed transaction history for the Mastercard directly in the app. • Clear display of amounts, dates, merchant names, fees, and FX rates, without needing any extra bank visit. 11. Chequebook & Card Requests With Tracking • Request new chequebooks and new/replacement cards from the app. • Real-time status tracking for each request (processing, ready, shipped, delivered). • Future option: integration with local delivery companies (e.g., Darb Assabil) to handle home/office delivery, with tracking information shown in the app.
