WEEKLY WORKOUTS
Each week, 5 workouts drop inside your app combining strength, functional movements, and mobility so you stay challenged and never bored. Every workout is guided by Laurie and includes clear demo videos, detailed cues for proper form, and a focus on muscle engagement so you get the most out of every rep with the ability to do the workouts at home or take them with you to the gym.

BEGINNER BURN PROGRAM
New to lifting or getting back into a routine? Beginner Burn teaches you the foundations of strength training in a supportive, easy-to-follow way.
You’ll build confidence, master proper form, and feel yourself getting stronger week by week. Every phase is thoughtfully designed to help you move safely, understand your body, and start lifting like a pro.
