The Pilates Clubhouse is a series of Pilates Based Workouts. Whether you’re short on time, coming back to movement or looking to feel stronger and more balanced every day. Created by Janine, a passionate Pilates instructor, the Pilates Clubhouse brings together her proven methods to help you move with ease, improve posture and build strength in a sustainable, enjoyable way.

From beginner to advanced, each workout is inclusive with clear options and modifications, so you can move at your own pace and feel confident every step of the way.
