3) Record a reflection and (optionally) share it with your friends to unblock all apps on your phone
If you want to get rid of your approach anxiety, LockOrTalk will help you get there with less time spent than anyone else.
We’re not a dating app or a therapy tool. LockOrTalk provides accountability, motivation, and a push to turn intention into real-world action. We want to empower everyone to be confident in themselves with minimal time spent, but you have to work hard. We will support you and give you the tools and information you need.
