Photonoter

This app lets you easily create short notes with a photo attachment and an optional audio recording.

Just tap the plus button to take a new photo with the camera or select one from your photo library. Then you can choose a category and enter some text. You can also set a date and time for a reminder. Additionally, there’s an option to make an audio recording.

If iCloud is enabled, your files will be stored there automatically.
