App suggestions?
I think the app could you improvements. First accessibility throughout the app could be improved, especially for the breathing exercises, They’re hard to use if you are blind, and second, I wish all of the tools were interactive, instead of just reading about a technique, I think you should be able to practice it in real time, All of the tools should be interactive, but especially the exposure one, you should be able to input exposure activities, and complete them.
