am/fm – a moment / for meditation – is a simple meditation timer, tracker, and journal with four channels of ambient music and guided meditations streaming live 24/7

- tap the disc to start the timer, tap again to end
- option to journal your intention and reflection with each sit
- select from 4 streaming meditation audio channels, or leave radio off
also:
- option to play a bell when the time is reached (5 different tones)
- no sign-up, no account; your data is stored privately in iCloud and can be fully exported at any time to csv or json
- light and dark mode
