Useless
Sometimes it loads, most the time it doesn’t. If it does load, you have to jump through flaming hoops just to find the information you need by scrolling and zooming in on tiny print and going through multiple pages just to get to the very simple thing you need. And if you want to track the shuttles using your phone...good luck.

Ok app I guess.
It’s a fair app, however you need to add a easy to access page for seeing your financials, paying off your bills, and seeing what options you have for any financial aid! Your website is a joke as well for these same things. Almost makes it impossible to pay your outstanding balances. Maybe most people pay in full, I’m not that lucky I guess.
