Great tool for managing kegels
My SIL told me about this and it’s been a huge help in managing and remembering my kegels exercises. Of course this useful tool is not American and none of my US doctors or PTs have ever heard of it when I show it to them. Thanks to the more patient-centered NHS of the UK for coming up with this valuable tool .

Changed My life!
I discovered that I really CAN train my bladder, and by doing so, can also “influence” my bowel. Unfortunately, many years after a difficult birth, I began having severe incontinence symptoms and was referred to a urologist known for getting results. When he told me he thought it was caused by my injuries during traumatic birth experienced years and years ago, I thought he was a quack. Then I learned so much from a trained physical therapist specializing in this essential knowledge and treatment. I was shocked to hear that this treatment is standard fare for all new moms in the UK. Why not in the US? This app is a valuable support to all women, but especially Moms, and especially those who are working with an effective trained PT. I just had to publish this review because it’s almost a crime that women don’t know about the issue or the effective fix! So much grief and suffering could have been avoided. Many thanks to the professionals and moms who have paved the way to “normal” again! 🩷 PS: I’ve recently discovered that men can also benefit from pelvic floor rehab!
