Makes my job harder

Scanning driver’s licenses works great, until it refuses to save appointments and freezes then refuses to re-open until I delete and reinstall. The keyboard isn’t even properly scaling to any devices I use like they didn’t even use the correct developer tools so it feels clunky and inefficient. Camera will sometimes fail to work to add images and scan DLs etc. until the app is deleted and reinstalled. I’m running a new iPhone. Clearly the software needs some tweaking here.

Antiquated, convoluted, and clunky in every way imaginable! Absolutely lacking of any intuitive functionality, and is CEASELESSLY buggy!!
