Huge opportunity for something better in this market
Logs me out EVERY 18 minutes even if I open the app to keep my session active. Also has a more convoluted login process than ever. No biometric option, so every time you input pin, then select field to bring up password manager, it offers Authenticator as an option but if you click that it says it’s no longer supported, use iOS password manager, type “ho” to select, then it offers email or sms 2fa, select text but then quickly tap some part of the screen outside of the field for inputting 2fa code or it won’t show in the “select from messages” auto feature, and then still have to resend code 20% of the time. Can’t even copy and paste the code from messages if it doesn’t properly show because they include a long disclaimer before the code and iOS doesn’t allow selecting part of a text message only the whole thing. The whole process takes 30-45 seconds. Add that up over a day, week, year and you have a ton of lost productivity taken up by an inexcusably clumsy interface.
