Screen goes bank white everyday

I love the app but one draw back. I i’m not able to share a post in Instagram and it’s been a while that it’s acting like that. I would encourage IT to please do a faster job or source the help that you need.

I was robbed

I subscribed to 4Life on saturday 05/18/2024. Then I placed an order $261,31, I even paid for it to be delivered in one business day (more money). Then I placed another order $87.06. My products haven’t arrived (5 days), I’ve called twice and last they told me is that my id was blocked, contacted again, they sayd the order was canceled and the money returned to my account, which has not happened. The lady said she couldn’t do anything about it. I think today I can say that 4Life robbed me through this app. The app is a scam

Used to be better

This app used to have the ability to track media shares. Now that feature does not work and I can’t track my marketing activity. Calling or emailing support has not helped. I wish we could have back an app that functions well. It should be getting better, not worse.

Issues

I think as a people company they should focus on the tech side of things. I love this company and the products but when it comes to the apps it’s a huge let down. As someone who depends on apps and uses them to expand trying to log in is troubling. “Forgot my password” doesn’t work no email is sent my way 4Life connect “forgot my password” won’t work either. And customer support for that isn’t available no one can help me reset it therefore I can’t view the content. I wish they búnker down and focused on the app side of things it feels new still really want them to focus and iron those details. Sometimes it feels voices aren’t heard for problems that seem small yet are vital for every day business or consuming. Fix these bugs please.

App goes out when you need shipping date postponed

The app isn’t working at all and I have only used it once or twice. I can’t cancel or postpone my order!
