Not Dependable
My apartment complex has this service as the host of its entrance gates. The service has constantly down and up in the year and a half I’ve been here. You never know which gate to use and you ought to hope you don’t forget your key card because the app is not reliable — if you do you can very realistically be locked out of your complex. Worst gate UI ever made
The app is fine, but I just had to type my code in at the gate because of a connection issue. Never in my life have I seen a worse UI to enter a gate code. Tiny buttons, you click enter code and it wants you to type an apartment number and then a code. Honestly this whole system solves a problem that never existed. Little button on a keychain and a 10 digit pad is superior in every way.
