Needs improvement, a lot of improvement
1. Geo location could not pinpoint exact location causing me to get charged because the taxi went to a different location. 2. I could NOT message the driver via the app esp if I needed to communicate urgently. I had to call the main line. It was costly for me because I was on roaming and I had to use my US number (long distance rate!). 3. Location status of driver is delayed all the time. The app would show the location of the driver to be several minutes away but in a few seconds it would change to driver’s status to arrived at location. 4. I prebooked a taxi in the morning for the next day. Time requested has passed but status was unchanged. I had to call the main line to remind them of my prebooked request. Only pro is that I could pay via Apple Pay through the app.
