Go back to the way things were!
Over the last 2-3 years the web site has changed, the title of the company has changes, the App has changed, the ability to purchase DVDs has gone away and NOW, if I try to download titles for offline viewing, the titles don’t completely download and episodes that DO download are mostly out of order. This is NOT what I call customer service. I’d rather go back to a monthly fee and have the DVDs opportunity back or at least be able to have titles download properly.

Worse than the old app
When I taught the old app couldn’t get worse, they some how made it worse! It took months to download content that I had already purchased years ago, only now when downloaded, the videos are split into chapter that are treated as separate videos. Not only are they not in order but some just don’t download at all! I’d rather have the videos on VHS!
