Interesting
My review of this as an example of an enterprise app was very interesting. A step through workflow for the user base that is clear and usable, but with interesting features like the ability to record 60 seconds of audio. Very good.

Nightmare
This program is terrible. It's not user friendly. It never seems to work by itself let alone mesh with your software. Oh and when it appears to be working, it drops leads or holds them in lead now limbo.
