This app focuses on the strength and conditioning component of long distance running. Do this app in conjunction with your current running workouts to optimize your conditioning and help you cut down your race time significantly!

Your Fitivity app has multiple training programs in it! Switch between programs that were designed specifically for you!

A lot of runners underestimate the value of "non-running" exercise. However, elite runners know that to maximize their running potential and cut down their race time they need to improve their flexibility, balance and strength training. This program isolates certain muscles groups to help you develop greater muscle stamina and power so that your body RARELY gets tired during long distance runs.

In addition to your weekly workouts, try out Fitivity COACHING! Coaching is a highly engaging exercise experience that combines mixes by DJ's and super motivating trainers to push you through workouts.

• Audio guidance from your personal digital trainer
• Customized workouts designed for you each week.
• For each workout you are provided with HD instructional videos to preview & learn training techniques.
• Stream workouts online or do workouts offline.

Subscription Details

For your convenience, subscription charges will be processed through your iTunes account, ensuring a seamless and secure payment experience. You can manage your subscription at any time, giving you full control over your membership. Should you decide to cancel, simply do so at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period to avoid auto-renewal.

• Payment is charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can turn off the auto-renew subscription from your device settings.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

Love it!!

I’m a long distance runner and am always looking for ways to improve my stride, stamina and race time. This app has great stretches and moves to build muscle that has helped!

Review

The app helped me with my flexibility but a lot of the exercises are repeated on the following weeks. I’ve paid for a second month and the app is not allowing me to use it which also happened after the first week try out period. It was a headache then too. This is an app that has lots of potential but it still needs a lot of work before it can get a higher rating from me. Things like recording your training session more easily, it jams at times while you are in the middle of training and requires you to go back to the start, etc. I’m not sure if I will get this app again, and I’d like to get a refund for the renewal that I just paid for with an app that isn’t working.
