About Basic Japanese Vocabulary App
Ever wanted to learn Japanese but didn't know where to begin? Learning hiragana first is often suggested by Japanese teachers and many textbooks virtually require it. This app will help you quickly and painlessly.
This app has about 1500 words files featuring all the main hiragana & katakana characters and basic words using characters learned. Of course you can learn Kanji same time.
All words are pronounced by Japanese from Tokyo.
- This app has 5 Study-modes. "Learning Mode", "Multiple-Choice", "Listening Mode", "Ranking Mode" and "Word Book". So you can learn easily Japanese.

Chellicious !!
Great app with really good potential
Great for learning some new vocabulary for beginners, though I wish there was a way to test yourself with all that you’ve learned instead of per section. Like for example, the multiple choice quiz will cover 1 through 8, 9 through 17, etc. even if you’ve learned up to 100, there doesn’t seem to be an option to quiz like 1 through 50 or 1 through 100. Maybe there is and I haven’t seen it. Great app either way, and I hope to see some new features like this added some day.

This seems like it might be useful but it’s unusable without the sound.
