Please fix
Please allow time for customers to pick up items before texting back within 10 minutes of the your order is ready before you ask how your experience was where then you have to go in the restaurant or call it in order to tell them that you are here . The app never saves quick pay. I have to find my card and type it in and I use it 2 to 3 times a week. Also, I made a mistake on the ZIP Code so at the back button made me go back to the screen where I was charged for the tip, even though I removed it the first time because I would rather do cash that should remain the same settings and not be tricked to pay. Also, it messes up on the silverware and ketchup screen where you click on them and it either says please select even though you’ve selected them or you forgot to and you can’t re-add them not to mention the fact that a lot of times they don’t get included when you do successfully add them other than that. I absolutely love the restaurant. The app just needs a lot of work.
