Excellent communications tool

I’ve been using Spond as a parent communications tool for various AYSO teams for a couple of years now (thanks to a recommendation from a very good friend) It’s easy to use, great to organize teams, and fantastic for keeping track of all those things that you need taken care of so one can focus on team selection and tactics!

Search Function Suggestion

Feature Suggestion: It would be very helpful if the app included a search function for posts and events within each group. Right now, members can only scroll through the feed or event lists, which can be time-consuming. Adding a keyword search bar would make it much easier for group members to quickly locate past announcements, updates, or specific events (e.g., “Trunk or Treat” or “Practice Schedule”). This feature would save time for both organizers and members, and help reduce repeated questions.

Complicated

Nice app with many features, however a little overkill for the occasional user who just wants to book a court for an hour and play with a friend. It takes too many inputs to create a booking, also personally I find the UI a little cluttered. Only reason I use is that’s what the court operator chose.

Not a fan

The font size cannot be changed. The schedule never updates correctly for two separate people. My wife can only see future dates while I can only see current dates. Not as user friendly as other apps I’ve used. Once this season is over, the app will be deleted.

Organized Chaos

This app has been exceptional for organizing a kids Girl Scout troop with all of the competing schedules. I have used it for a running team too. Two thumbs way way up! Best app I have ever found for this type of thing.
