This app is mediocre, it does the bare minimum as far as adding a new lead or inspections but it would be really helpful if it had more of the capabilities that the website does like being able to edit dates. Definitely room for improvement

Find Another Company!
When inputting a new garment or updating an inspected garment the information does not always save and the app does not tell you it didn’t save. This system allows you to put in the same QR code for multiple garments, it should give you an error and telling that tag is being used on another garment but it doesn’t! The company is HORRIBLE to deal with, you can contact them and it takes multiple communication attempts on your part and over a prolonged time and someone responds but typically only the rep who can’t help with your issues and it never does get resolved. I am still waiting on a response from 4 months ago! The system is not real user friendly to set up if you have a large institution with a lot of users and any kind of turnover. GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY!
