App not working??

What’s going on?

For the second day, I am unable to open this app. I normally use it every day, with the usual issues, which I’ve become accustomed to. Not being able to access my account at all, however, is beyond annoying. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled, turned phone off/on, etc., with zero success. Do you have any suggestions because I’m now at a complete loss.

Terrible!

I had to delete and redownload app to get the notification icon to go away even though I had no alert on the app. Now my Face ID won’t load and the app shuts off when I try to open it. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
